Chechnya's leader Ramzan Kadyrov has appeared in the record book of the year in Russia's record book. It is reported by RIA Novosti, citing Stanislav Konenko, editor-in-chief of the Book of Records.

"Chechnya's leader Ramzan Kadyrov has set a record as head of Russia's region, which has the highest number of records set in a single day on different days," Konenko said.

According to him, the certificate will be handed over to Chechnya's Minister of Sport Musa Khanarikov at the ceremony of the seventh anniversary of the Book of Records on Tuesday.

Recall, the day before the famous Russian broadcaster Vladimir Solovyov was included in the Guinness Book of World Records.
